You probably heard of a famous book, "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus". The book came out in 1992, so it's been about 24 years. In general we think of a generation being about 25 years. Do men and women, or women and men understand each other better now that it's been a generation since the book came out? Unfortunately, I have to say "NO". Through social media and internet, we are more connected than ever. Information is easy to come by, and communication channels are available 24/7. But, there are still unavoidable gaps and differences between them. We need a place where men and women can openly discuss their disparities with respect. The channels are bench marked from the book contents. Even after 24 years, the topics are still very true to this day.
