You probably heard of a famous book, "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus". The book came out in 1992, so it's been about 24 years. In general we think of a generation being about 25 years. Do men and women, or women and men understand each other better now that it's been a generation since the book came out? Unfortunately, I have to say "NO". Through social media and internet, we are more connected than ever. Information is easy to come by, and communication channels are available 24/7. But, there are still unavoidable gaps and differences between them. We need a place where men and women can openly discuss their disparities with respect. The channels are bench marked from the book contents. Even after 24 years, the topics are still very true to this day.

Definition of young professionals is quite ambiguous. Some take it literally (you gotta be young, but what's young?). Some take it by years of experience (how many years is subjective). Some take it figuratively (physically old, but young mind and soul). Whatever is the case, you're welcomed to join. Let's learn together and support one another when help is desperate.

Every generation is unique and special, but not like the Millennials who grew up enjoying both the analog and digital worlds. No other generation will grow up during such dynamic societal transitions. Our world is changing so rapidly before our eyes, and we are enjoying every bit of it.
