Do men and women, or women and men understand each other better now that it's been a generation since the book came out? Unfortunately, I have to say "NO". Through social media and internet, we are more connected than ever. Information is easy to come by, and communication channels are available 24/7. But, there are still unavoidable gaps and differences between them. We need a place where men and women can openly discuss their disparities with respect. The channels are bench marked from the book contents. Even after 24 years, the topics are still very true to this day.

By their standards, you are already very successful at your career. You are probably proud of your achievements all these years. You probably worked harder than the most, and your luck was also on your side. Career wise, there is perhaps just one more step to finish the race entirely. You might be more anxious than ever. To finish the race, or not to finish the race. Whatever comes, your race will finally be over. Remember, the end is just another beginning. Let's prepare for the new beginning together.
